Getting Started

PennyONE facilitates these transactions through a loan officer. Upon receiving
a completed application the loan officer will receive 2 emails. The first will be a
confirmation that we received the application. Once the application is approved
the loan officer will be sent a second email with all the conditions and
paperwork for the transaction. (This usually takes between 5-20 minutes.) If you
have any questions about your file, please call or email us with the file number
at processing@PennyONE.org

Here's the PennyONE Process:

Start by clicking below to fill out the Application which gives us your
contact information and tells us who's involved.
As soon as we get a completed application, you will receive a
confirmation email, shortly after this we will send you a second email
with the documents that need to be signed, your file #, a checklist of
conditions, and instructions for a smooth transaction.

Here are some things we'll ask for before we can fund:

A completed application
PennyONE's signed paperwork
Copy of buyers ID, Social Security Card, Current Utility Bill (or similar)
Paperwork from lender showing that all is clear except for the need for
our funds.
Preliminary HUD with our involvement disclosed
